Cat House?????

For whatever reason, we have random cats hanging around these days. I am pretty sure the fact that us and the neighbors keep feeding them, that they are not going to leave. Really hoping they have a home. We don't need another cat, but the fact that they are out in this cold is heartbreaking. Pretty sure the bed on our front porch isn't going to encourage to find a new home either. They are cute and I believe declawed. If you recognize them, please let me know!!

Kansas City Weekend

We traveled to KC this past weekend to watch Grant play basketball and then we were able to meet up with some friends on the Plaza. Dinner at Capital Grill.......rocked!!

Basketball has started....

Mitch's basketball season has started. This tournament was in Topeka and the Mavericks took 2nd place.

Thanksgiving

Scott's family was able to make it for Thanksgiving. This is him with his sister, brother and Dad.
Sadly, this is the only picture I took all weekend.

Rolling Hills

Mitch didn't have school today, so my parents and I headed West outside of Salina and took Mitch to the zoo. And, we also managed a few shops in Salina as well. Good thing about Grandpa....he will wait in the car with Mitch!! Not to please us, he would just rather be in the car then follow us around in a Department store.
Mitch was a little unsure of this at first. He was afraid he might lose a finger.

Although I am several yards away, I can just hear what my Mother is telling my Dad. "Harlan, you know if you aggrevate them, they will spit on you!" And you got it....I was right......lol

Bummer about the giraffes......was hoping to get to feed them, but that part of it was closed.
But, we still had a great time.

Uh Oh......

We have quickly learned that if the football goes over the fence into the neighbors yard, it is most likely not going to come back looking the same........they have a fairly new puppy that likes to chew. Here are the boys deciding which one is going to jump the fence quickly, while Tanner is at the other end of the yard keeping the dog occupied!
Looks like Grant is the lucky one!
