Parade of Homes

It appears as though Todd Thompson Construction is ready to advertise his latest listing. You know, the really sad part about all of this is that he is doing this nonsense right across the street from a grade school. Fine....be mad at the neighbors and the city for turning down your daycare request and not wanting the additional traffic by the school.....but come on, now your messing with people's kids.

Juvenile

Funny how the world works. We lecture our children to "do the right thing", treat people fair and with kindness....and be giving, even when we don't like what we are hearing or seeing. However, why is it that adults seem to think it is ok to not follow the same rules. This is the outcome of a local builder that didn't get what he wanted, so this is how he responds. Pretty sure his mama wouldn't approve! I have the feeling he might get the attention that he is wanting, however, I don't think that much of it will be very positive.

I'm almost glad it's Monday!

We traveled to Topeka this weekend to play on their new 10 million dollar complex, and let me tell you, it was impressive. We were at the ball park on Saturday from 10am to 10 pm, then back again on Sunday. Oh, and in between, on Sunday, Mitch had his First Communion. Then, rush back to Topeka for Mitch's team to play in the championship game. Mitch on the mound. The fields were turf. These kids are gonna be so spoiled after playing on these fields.
Grant on first. The view is just a little bit better than CiCo Red!
Mitch dressed and ready to go!
Missing a few family members. Grant was playing in Topeka at this time. Mitch dressed in the car and headed back to Topeka.
