Back when we swapped out our countertops, I brought samples home for Scott to look at. The only response I got from him was, "It looks like a chocolate chip cookie." I hate to admit it, but he does have a point.Anyway, wonderful recipe to share that I got from a friend.
1 box yellow cake mix, super moist
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 T water
Bag of Choc. chips
Mix all together, spread in 9x13 pan, bake at 350 for 23-30 minutes.
