What's that, you ask. It's something my parents and brother have now had for several years. It all started with the 1966 Charger that sat covered and worn on the driveway my whole childhood. You know, the old junker that your friends asked what they were going to do with. The car that couldn't be moved to play basketball on the driveway because it wouldn't start. It was however, my favorite car they ever had. Well, a couple of years ago, they decided to fix it up and start taking it to car shows. Then, what did Dodge go and do..........came out with the 2006 Dodge Charger. That's when my mother's obsession started. She had to have one almost identical to the 1966 Charger they had, so, they buy a 2006 Charger that now sits "inside" the garage, still covered, that they take to shows. Oh, and did I mention that she also drives a Charger as her everyday car too. Who knew, a granny with 3 Chargers. It has become their passion. I suppose it will keep them young, as they travel across the state to car shows with not 1, but 3 Chargers.
